Valley Prison [V3] is a Roblox prison roleplay on place 15784744207. The official listing describes it as a realistic prison role-play and names five sides: Inmate (escape), Corrections (protect), Escapee (attack), Civilian (explore), and State Police (enforce). Servers hold 50 players. Voice chat and camera are listed as not supported.
Pick a side before you learn the map
Inmates start in Booking and get housed by the booking system. Minimum and Medium populations were merged into shared housing in later builds. Maximum Security is the underground high-risk block. You land there for a heavy booking, an arrest, or after an Escapee loses all three lives.
Corrections keeps the building locked. Shooting a compliant inmate draws anti-random-kill penalties and can strip the guard team. Use a taser, beanbag, or cuffs first when someone is only out of place.
Escapees spawn off-site after a successful breakout, with a documented starter set of a Beretta 92FS, a knife or shiv, gauze, a flashlight, and a corrections keycard. A vest adds 25 health, taking 100 health to 125, and must be put back on after a death or reset. Three lives are the whole run.
Civilians spawn outside near the visitor side. They are not a combat team. A firearm on a civilian can be treated as a legal target for law enforcement. An earlier update removed the civilian ability to pick up facility keycards.
State Police is the outside enforcement team. Role pages list Fremont State Police at account level 135, with a slot ratio of about one trooper per six inmates or escapees, and State Police SWAT at level 175 with 125 health. The V3 badge list tops out at level 100, and pre-launch notes said the cap was being lowered from 175 to 100. Open the team menu and trust what your account can actually select.
First session, in order
- Join and choose Inmate or Corrections. Inmate needs no level. Several staff teams on the progression pages open at level 2 (medical and standard guards), level 5 (maintenance), level 25 (riot), level 45 (CERT and Assistant Director), and level 70 (Director).
- Learn movement before you fight. WASD moves, Left Shift sprints, E or F interacts, left click fires, right click or Q aims, and R reloads. Controller sprint and reload often need a manual bind under the compatibility or controls tab.
- If you are an inmate, do not stash contraband in a public locker. Anyone can open those. Drop spare cards behind furniture, bins, or a kitchen door.
- If you want XP without a gunfight, clock into kitchen or laundry at level 0, or switch to Janitor or Maintenance once those teams are open.
- If you want out, use the escape guide. The success check is the team label changing to Escapee.
Passive progress
Active time is documented at about 15 XP per minute. One progression sheet splits the curve this way: levels 0 through 24 cost 120 XP (about 8 minutes of passive time), levels 25 through 74 cost 240 XP (about 16 minutes), and level 75 and above cost 480 XP (about 32 minutes). Job points, where listed, tick at 1 per minute on a staff team and do not buy damage or weapons.
Staff who kill compliant inmates can be forced onto the inmate team for that session. That rule matters more than any weapon chart on day one.
Valley County Sheriff's Office and its SWAT team were discontinued on October 19, 2025. Leftover offices can still sit on the map. They are not selectable teams.
